Over the past few years, I’ve visited many dental offices, but none have made me feel the way the Sugar Land St. Hope Dental team has. For almost two years now, they have consistently provided me with exceptional, above-and-beyond care. From the moment you walk in, Dana, Shawn, and Deborah welcome you with warmth and kindness—like family. The check-in process feels smooth, comforting, and respectful, almost as if you’re being treated like a VIP. Before seeing the doctor, Kimberly or Maria take their time with you, making sure you feel at ease and fully informed. Their professionalism and compassion truly set the tone for the entire visit. And then there is Dr. Amal Nassar—a provider who leads with love, dedication, and unmatched attention to her patients’ well-being. She listens carefully, goes through every detail, and makes sure all your dental needs are understood and addressed. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Amal Nassar, DDS, and her assistant, Kimberly, RDA/CDA, for always providing such outstanding care. Every visit—recent and past—has been a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, always following up to make sure everything goes smoothly. They ask the right questions, ensure my comfort, and take the time to discuss any concerns I have. My recent tooth extractions were done with incredible care—quick, gentle, and with very little pain. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy immediately, and Dr. Amal Nassar created a clear game plan for achieving healthier teeth moving forward. I also want to give special thanks to Dana, the scheduler, who is such an integral part of this wonderful DDS team. She has an awesome personality, is always professional and upbeat, and makes every visit enjoyable with her smile and sense of humor.
